Digital Products – No Automatic Right to Cancel

Business Mentorship is a digital product. Once your purchase is completed, you are granted immediate access to all available content on the platform.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • access to the Product is provided immediately; and

  • you therefore waive your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

For this reason, purchases cannot be cancelled, and THE COACHING MENTORSHIP LTD is not obliged to provide a refund except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and only in the following situations:

  • where you meet all eligibility requirements under our Money-Back Guarantee (if offered);

  • where a technical issue caused by us prevents access to the Product for more than 48 hours after purchase;

  • where a duplicate payment has been processed due to a genuine technical fault (multiple intentional purchases are not refundable); or

  • where a payment was not authorised or was fraudulent.

Money-Back Guarantee

Where a Product includes a stated Money-Back Guarantee, it applies only if all of the following conditions are met within 12 months of purchase:

You must have:

  • accessed no more than 15% of the total Product content;

  • completed all recommended actions within the content you accessed; and

  • provided clear evidence that you achieved no measurable improvement or value from the Product.

Supporting evidence must clearly demonstrate:

  • dates of access and activity;

  • actions taken;

  • performance or business data (where relevant); and

  • genuine effort to apply the material.

All refund requests are reviewed individually. The decision of THE COACHING MENTORSHIP LTD regarding refund eligibility is final.

Split Payments and Instalment Plans

If you choose a split-payment or instalment plan (including "pay in 2" or "pay in 3"), you agree that the full purchase price becomes immediately payable once your order is confirmed.

If a refund is approved under an applicable guarantee and requested within 14 days of purchase, any payments already made will be refunded, and no further instalments will be taken.

Change of Mind and Early Termination

We do not offer refunds for:

  • accidental purchases;

  • change of mind;

  • lack of time, motivation, or engagement; or

  • determining that the Product is not suitable for your circumstances.

Once access has been granted, early termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Technical Issues

Technical issues may arise due to:

  • your device, browser, or operating system;

  • third-party software or applications; or

  • internet connectivity or user settings.

Issues of this nature are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Where a technical issue is directly caused by us, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it promptly. If we are actively working to fix an issue and it does not materially prevent access to the Product, this will not entitle you to a refund.
